Our primary aim at Better Amusement Hire – Joylands is for safety.We are committed to providing the safest and friendliest environment possible.

To achieve this, our managing staff, attend various annual conferences and seminars including the Australian Leisure Industry, Conference and RiskManagement Seminars.

We have developed Procedures and Policies to ensure our staff are well trained and knowledgeable regarding the safety and maintenance of ourequipment. Our Occupational Health & Safety Systems Manual and other relevant documents travel with every piece of equipment.

As part of our procedures the company has comprehensive hazard and risk assessments, not only at the operation of equipment, but also for the assembly/disassembly and maintenance of equipment to supplement our safety program.

All of our operational staff are trained by the company to strictly observe the requirements of the manufacturer, Work Cover NSW and the Australian Standards.
