Being a Covid Safe Venue and abiding by the 4 sq metre rule we are limiting our sessions to 3 hours and a maximum of 500 people. 3 hours of fun, excitement, thrills and spills. How many amusements can you ride in your 3 hour armband? Food trucks to tempt your palate along with virtual reality simulators, entertainment, side show stalls and show bags!

WHAT DOES MY TICKET GET ME ? Tickets entitle you to unlimited rides and entertainment. EXCLUSIONS – food stands, side show games, show bags and VR simulators.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SAME IF I’M NOT RIDING? No, it’s FREE entry.
I AM A CARER FOR SOMEONE WITH A DISABILITY DO I HAVE TO PAY ? A valid participant’s companion card will need to be shown at the ticket box to gain carer free entry with a paying participant.
IF I BOOK MY TICKETS ONLINE, WILL I NEED TO QUEUE TO GET IN? Yes, you will still need to queue on arrival. All visitors will be admitted on a first come first served basis at a slow pace to avoid congestion inside the venue,. Please note that other members of your party cannot queue on your behalf.
AM I GUARANTEED ENTRY? We abide by the government guidelines in restricting numbers to 500 people per session. If you book your admission online before you visit you will be guaranteed entry. There are a small number of tickets available per session , however, we advise you to arrive well in advance of the session time starting to avoid disappointment.
HOW LONG IS ENTRY VALID FOR? Your Entry entitles you to a full 3 hour session that you have booked for.
I CAN’T ATTEND MY SESSION, CAN I GET A REFUND ? No refunds are available. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the session is cancelled by Joyland Amusements.
CAN I WEAR A FACE MASK ? Should you wish to wear a face mask then of course, please do so but they must be properly secured when riding on attractions to prevent it falling off which could prevent a health and safety risk.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY PERSONAL DETAILS? We have a legal obligation to provide contact information of all persons on site to the government if required.
WHERE ARE WE LOCATED? We are located at Penrith Paceway with entrance to the Fun Park on Ransley Street.
WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS OF THE RIDES? Our rides are restricted by height regulations. We always recommend customers to check height restrictions on our website and social media prior to purchasing tickets.
CAN I USE MY DEBIT / CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR TICKETS? Yes you can both onsite and online.
CAN WE BUY FOOD INSIDE? Yes you can. We have a wide range of food and drinks available for purchase.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD? Unfortunately not. Food consumed within the event must be purchased for at the venue.

We strive to ensure the best possible visitor experience in the safest way we will always put health and safety first. We take our responsibilities to our customers, our staff and our suppliers extremely seriously. With this in mind we have implemented restrictions, guidelines, requests of respect to others and strict rules. This is to ensure that we can provide a great day out whilst being mindful of the seriousness that Coronavirus brings and the actions we should take to limit the spread of infection or transmission.
Please take some time to read through our guidelines and the rules and responsibilities that we all must adhere to prior to visiting and whilst at the venue. It is essential that all members of your party understand the importance of these guidelines too.
Our on-site signage is clearly displayed and it is important that you and your party follow our site rules at all times. If any item is unclear or not understood then please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to advise you.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT

We are operating on a limited number capacity to ensure social distancing measures can be met. Please make your booking online, where possible.
ATTRACTION LIMITED CAPACITY
Some attractions will be running at a reduced capacity. These capacity controls are in place to reduce social distancing.
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT US IF YOU ARE SICK
We respectfully request that you do not visit us if you have any symptoms of Covid-19. If you get symptoms when you are on site then please take extra care & swiftly speak to a member of staff who will ensure you and your party get home safely. First Aid is available on site.
WASH YOUR HANDS | ENHANCED HYGIENE
We all know the importance of washing our hands to stop the spread of the virus so we request that this is conducted by all members of your party before arrival and during your visit regularly at one of our hand sanitiser stations.

Prior to opening we have undertaken a multitude of assessments and have implemented measures for the benefit of everyone’s safety.
STAFF POLICY
Our staff have completed additional training and will be practising enhanced social distancing whilst at work. All staff will be temperature checked daily and under no circumstances be at work if they display Covid-19 related symptoms.
STAFF TRAINING
All staff have received additional training to ensure we meet the guidance set out by the NSW Government to help stop the spread of Coronavirus.
REGULAR SANITISATION
We have put in place regular cleaning throughout the day for all of our facilities.
SANITISER STATIONS
We have hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue and we encourage you to wash your hands regularly.
DURING YOUR VISIT
ON ARRIVAL – CAR PARKING
Please wait for any other visitors to move from their vehicle before you exit your own.
ON ARRIVAL – ENTRY
Please practice good social distancing etiquette whilst queuing to enter the Fun Park. Your temperature will be checked prior to entering the fenced event. Capacity will be limited to maintain social distancing. Space will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
SUPERVISION
We require an enhanced level of supervision of all children by a responsible adult, ensuring social distancing & personal hygiene at all times.
SITE SIGNAGE
Visitors will notice our distinct signage relating to all of our Health and Safety responsibilities, please ensure these requests are followed at all times.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please practice good social distancing etiquette during your visit including line up for rides, seating for eating etc.
GOOD HYGIENE
We respectfully request that everyone on site practises a high standard of hygiene when coughing or sneezing and washes their hands on a regular basis.
